We are following updated procedures and guidelines provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and local health departments to help keep your family members and our MCT team safe and healthy. Please see below for details regarding in-clinic services, what to do when you are sick, arrival, and check in guidelines

In-Clinic Services

In order to keep everyone safe, we have the following requirements for all in-clinic services at this time.

  • Contact us immediately if you, your child have symptoms of illness, have been exposed to COVID-19, or if anyone in your household has a positive COVID-19 test.

  • Do not schedule or attend in-clinic visits if you have COVID-19. We will reschedule your session to telehealth or when it is safe to do so.

  • Handwashing or the use of hand sanitizer is required upon entry.

  • Medical Grade Masks are required indoors for all staff , clients (ages 2 and up), parents/guardians, and visitors with lingering symptoms of illness. We will provide masks for you.

  • Concerns over mask tolerance can be discussed with your therapist or our Medical Director, prior to your appointment/visit to our clinics.
